Gloss results similar to UV varnish can be reached with the ink-varnish system in correspondence with Epple printing inks perfect gloss and at least 8g/ m² order quantity.

This varnish was developed to reach matt / gloss effects in correspondence with waterbased varnish Pearlgloss DH10-40.
It is processed like a conventional oil based varnish in the printing unit.
The oil-based varnish low migration Pearleffect OEF 900 overprints pieces, which should be matt effects at the finished product.
The oil printing plate cuts pieces out, which should be glossy. The Pearltec waterbased varnish DH10-40 is using full inline with anilox roller 13ccm.
The effect varnish system isn’t dry as soon as you printed. Because of this, the height of pile depends on varnish quantity and substrate.
It’s nessassary to do a stack ventilation after the first and after about 30 minutes after the second run of face and reverse printing.
Otherwise there is the risk of blocking in the stack.
This varnish was developed to reach structure effects in correspondence with UV varnish Pearlgloss UVH10-50.
It is processed like a conventional oil based varnish in the printing unit.

This varnish was developed to refine printed matters, which are printed on matt-coated materials in operation S + W.
The advantage of this varnish is the matt character of the substrate, which is also ensured after varnishing. Thank to this varnish the silk gloss of the printed layout is in good conditions on the matt-coated paper.
The contrast of matt/ gloss is still there after varnishing.
This varnish produces very good film hardness and so it offers a high rub resistance.
Cause of the easy processing with and without water it is possible to varnish partially specified parts of printed matters.
