As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced team lead to oversee our ink production processes while maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and team members
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Optimize production workflows and efficiency
• Train and mentor new team members
• Coordinate with R&D for new product implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in inks or specialty chemicals
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with quality management systems
